From Family orientated, to a cold feeling type of company. Many staff laid off, new managers, which was fine, however if felt like a cold feel. Pros location was close to home for me. Strathcona has a very poor safety in place lots of hidden incidents and dangerous situations not given proper ppe. Upper management should be paying attention to people new to management positions.
