Fleet program

The process for paying tickets will not change. If you would like to switch from the Regular Fleet to the Stipulated Fine or Commercial Abatement programs, or vice versa, please contact us for more information. After you apply for a fleet program, we will send you a bill listing your outstanding violations. Once you satisfy your violations, you will be eligible to participate in the program. Once enrolled, you will receive a report each week listing your new and outstanding violations.

Eligibility Public agencies are defined as local or state government entities. Program Requirements Public fleets must submit annual vehicle usage reports to the CVRP administrator for all rebated vehicles 12, 24 and 30 months following the date of asset delivery.

Car Sharing and Rental Fleets Flyer. Eligibility Car sharing and rental fleets are eligible for up to 20 rebated vehicles per calendar year. Reduced Ownership Provision A reduced ownership provision is available for car sharing and rental vehicles circulated out of fleet operations in less than the required month ownership or lease period.
