Every experience and interaction players must apply one of the founding principles of Rise of Agon - Risk vs Reward. No place in the world of Agon is safe, as players who fall victim to other characters or monsters leave behind their tombstone. Within these graves hold all of the armor, weapons and valuables held by the player at time of death that are free for anyone to gather. This full loot system forces players to objectively gauge every encounter on whether the risk is worth taking for valuable rewards.
Gatherers, crafters, enchanters and traders are the fuel that drives the economy, providing an invaluable service across Agon. Make a name for yourself by mastering and honing your skills in crafting, alchemy, mount taming, shipbuilding and even the construction of cities! In this sandbox MMO, every weapon and piece of armor is yours to create.
Each guild has the ability to claim a player city in the world of Agon. These player cities can be profitable depending on the amount of luxury resources available, or they can be in a strategic location that allows your allies to move in on enemy cities with powerful forces.
I wish I had known this was right around the corner. There was more players than mobs in some areas. I would hate to see this happen in the goblin camps around starter areas. Hopefully some time on DFatlas will help me avoid the crowd if needed. Even on EU launch, which was swamped with new players, the starting areas were in much better shape than something like Allods.
Each race has three starter cities, and each starter area has at least three separate goblin spawns, plus the newly added Kobold spawns. Great for the game. Every little bit of the hairstyle selection is tragic and trying to get good looking eyebrows is impossible because of wonky controls.
Unbelievably to do anything with your characters appearance at all and this includes facial expression, shoulder width and facial tattoos you have to stand still. I also discovered a game breaking bug on the sixth day of my seven day trial. I accidentally pressed some random button combination and the game crashed. Instead of the normal dressing room scene the screen changed to bland looking pasture scene where a six foot wolf man called BarBArIaX WooFKilLer appeared out of nowhere and killed me!
