Check-in, registration and vaccination primarily take place in Parking Lot B and Parking Structure 2 at the intersection of Temple Ave. When is it open?
The hub is expected to be open 7 days a week, from 8 a. Hours will be subject to vaccine availability. How long is the hub open for? We expect the hub to be open for at least three months and potentially longer. Is this hub at Cal Poly Pomona a drive -thru or some other format? This is not a drive -thru location. Drivers will be directed to park , exit their vehicle, and go to the registration area.

Will there be assistance for those who need extra help? Open-air cart service is available for mobility-impaired individuals. The cart can accommodate two passengers patient and handler. Additional members of the group will be direct ed to walk. Who is managing the hub? A consortium of health organizations is operating the hub. California Primary Care Association will also be working with the consortium to ensure broad equitable access to the sites through its member federally qualified community health centers.
